Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a resource for teller line needs.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, accurate teller functions and strong client experience in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition customers to a banker for deeper discussions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, staffing issues, cash drawer balancing, and coaching.
  • •Support branch compliance by following regulatory, security, and internal audit controls and assisting with onboarding/training new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED/equivalent) (required).
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •3+ years of cash handling experience (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, with strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks (required).
