Lead and optimize the marketing operating system to enable scalable GTM execution. •Own and evolve the marketing systems architecture, including HubSpot, Salesforce integration, and core tooling.
•Own lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing to drive consistent lead management across Marketing and Sales.
•Own marketing performance reporting, building a clear and reliable view of funnel performance and pipeline.
•Partner with BizOps to define and scale reporting infrastructure (e.g., Hex) and ensure data is accurate and actionable.
•Own and standardize how campaigns are executed, tracked, and measured across digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually
