Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional engineering experience in electromechanical integration, hardware design, or systems engineering in relevant industries.
  • •Proven track record integrating electrical components into rugged mechanical assemblies with examples of past designs.
  • •Extensive experience with cabling design, wiring harness integration, and electromechanical interfaces for extreme or military-grade use cases.
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals across areas such as thermal management, structural integrity, material science, power distribution, and signal integrity.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and the ability to produce manufacturing-ready engineering drawings; BS/M.Eng/MS/PhD in an engineering field.
