Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and present technical and commercial solutions in response to complex RFPs/RFTs by assessing scope and conducting site visits.
  • •Create competitive pricing strategies and perform financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
  • •Draft comprehensive tender responses that meet customer requirements and expectations, presenting technical proposals to address customer needs and concerns.
  • •Review RFP scope compliance, coordinate specialist resources, and collaborate with other business units to submit tender documents (procurement, commercial, legal).
  • •Ensure tender submissions meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements, and identify innovative service offerings based on tender experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/electrical discipline).
  • •3 years in a similar position and 7+ years in the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
  • •Knowledge of FM processes and methods, including MEP systems and maintenance/cleaning standards.
  • •Experience developing technical and commercial solutions for tender/RFP responses, including excellent analytical and financial skills.
  • •CFM certification is an added advantage.
