Thermal Principal Engineer

Develop thermal design solutions for AI, HPC, edge computing, and enterprise server and storage products within Dell’s ISG Thermal Engineering team. You will evaluate product thermal feasibility, design thermal solutions using analytical modeling, physical testing, simulation, and vendor data, and identify thermal and power problem statements. Partner with stakeholders, define boundary conditions and performance metrics, create and own thermal ingredient roadmaps, and present findings to engineering and management to improve cost, power, and cooling efficiency.
