Key Responsibilities

  • •Full responsibility as Design Manager in general planning.
  • •Interdisciplinary overall coordination and control across all specialist disciplines and trades.
  • •Monitor and ensure compliance with construction costs, timelines, and contractually owed deliverables.
  • •Lead project teams and oversee work quality, typically with cross-office/international teams (including remote work).
  • •Proactively drive decision-making and collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, including project acquisition and proposal negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in architecture or a related field.
  • •20 years of professional experience after master/diploma, including at least 6 years in LPH 3–4 and 6 additional years in LPH 5.
  • •Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering projects of varying size and complexity in the German (and ideally international) market.
  • •Experience leading a planning team and managing projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of German building regulations and environmental requirements.
