Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of NPI Supply Chain Program Managers across multiple commodities and programs.
  • •Own product sourcing strategy and supplier portfolio decisions, including multi-year sourcing roadmaps and dual sourcing/risk mitigation.
  • •Ensure product cost performance and improved gross margin through CAM, should-costing, Best BoM scenarios, and cost reduction roadmap execution.
  • •Oversee NPI program and portfolio delivery (scope, schedule, dependencies, milestones, and risk posture) while personally leading selected high-impact programs.
  • •Provide executive governance through steering committees/decision forums and structured status narratives, influencing cross-functional stakeholders to align without authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead, build, and develop a high-performing team of NPI Supply Chain Program Managers with clear objectives, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
  • •Own commodity strategy and supplier portfolio decisions, including RFx-based supplier selection/qualification and executive-level commercial agreement negotiation (pricing, MSAs/SOWs).
  • •Manage NPI program and portfolio execution, including scope/schedule/dependencies, operating cadence, RAID logs, escalation frameworks, and executive readouts.
  • •Drive NPI-to-HVM ramp leadership through supply readiness, capacity planning, lead-time/allocation/shortage management, and manufacturing/logistics fundamentals (MRP, inventory health, material flow).
  • •Minimum 12+ years progressive NPI supply chain, program management, and/or sourcing experience, including 3–5 years in direct people-management; semiconductor industry preferred.
