Lead financial governance for technology services by managing technology cost allocation, chargeback mechanisms, and reporting. Partner with Finance, Technology, and business teams to ensure spend is transparent, governed, and aligned to organizational financial policies. Support budgeting and forecasting, monitor expenditures versus budgets, define KPIs/SLAs for vendors, and provide dashboards and leadership-ready summaries. Serve as a point of contact for technology service charges, resolve disputes, and maintain auditable compliance and audit readiness.
