Provide timely, accurate client transactions and a high-quality customer experience, while understanding client financial needs. You’ll educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support outbound calling and sales/service activities, and help with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). As a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, you’ll follow internal controls and risk management policies and continuously build product and customer knowledge through training.
