Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the quality management system on site in line with the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures, supporting the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer.
  • •Raise and track Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), monitor WIRs and test reports, and update the Quality Manager and site team on quality status.
  • •Verify that materials and inspections meet project specifications and approved submittals; inspect materials internally and raise NCRs for substandard deliveries.
  • •Control QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans before and during the project; ensure document control and distribution through the document control system.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience with 3+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction quality.
  • •In-depth knowledge of QMS and/or Integrated Management System (IMS) and ability to implement quality plans, work instructions, and procedures.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and systems such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree with MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
