Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and pressure-test member scenarios used to evaluate the AI agent so the rubric reflects real questions and important failure modes.
  • •Support development and validation of rubrics, grading AI-generated benefits guidance for accuracy and coverage standards and providing written feedback.
  • •Flag where the agent misstates coverage or oversteps into advice it shouldn’t give, including hard-fail boundaries.
  • •Provide subject-matter input from a benefits, claims, or regulatory perspective to define correctness, coverage, and regulated constraints.
  • •Ground scenarios in member navigation and advocacy needs so rubric rewards helpful navigation over technically correct but unhelpful answers.

Salary: USD 119,300 - 145,800

Key Requirements

  • •Meaningful hands-on experience in one or more specializations such as benefits administration, plan design, payer or claims operations, benefits regulatory/compliance, member advocacy, or supplemental/point-solution expertise.
  • •Based in Canada or the United States, with working knowledge of the benefits and insurance landscape.
  • •Strong judgment on where accurate benefits guidance ends and regulated advice (legal, tax, clinical) begins.
