Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute repair work on lathes and milling machines based on repair manuals/drawings after receiving instructions from the supervisor.
  • •Disassemble, assemble, and clean Dec or HSS equipment.
  • •Perform quality self-checks for turning and assembly.
  • •Assist repair engineers with balancing bowl/conveyor for decanters and bowl complete for HSS.
  • •Carry out daily maintenance for lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, and related equipment while keeping the work area safe, clean, and tidy.

Key Requirements

  • •Fulfill repair orders with high quality and on time as per technical specifications.
  • •Operate lathes (especially large lathes) and complete turning work according to repair manuals or drawings.
  • •Perform mechanical disassembly/assembly and cleaning for Dec or HSS equipment.
  • •Provide quality self-checks for turning and assembly.
  • •Have a mechanical background, a technical school/equivalent education, and 5+ years of relevant lathe operation experience; able to operate forklift and crane.
