Job Summary

Own a vertical end-to-end for an AI-powered stockbroking experience, driving outcomes, metrics, and a value/risk-driven roadmap. Partner with engineering on system design for money-movement correctness, reliability, security, and failure paths. Balance correctness, speed, cost, and UX under regulated constraints (e.g., CDD/KYC, sanctions screening, monitoring). Location: Poland
Workplace: Remote
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, including outcomes and metrics, and prioritize the backlog by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority with crisp acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering across correctness, idempotency, ledgering/reconciliation, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
  • •Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX against engineering/compliance/ops pushback.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and data residency/privacy.
  • •Apply AI thoughtfully (what it can decide, human-in-the-loop, evaluation, and behavior when unsure) and ship feature-complete work behind flags through partner/regulatory gates.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
  • •Solid system design fundamentals (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, consistency under concurrency) and ability to challenge design docs.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or ability to ramp quickly to money-movement correctness realities.
  • •Hands-on AI/LLM product judgement: define how features are evaluated, manage hallucination/drift/data gaps, and know when AI must not be in the loop.
  • •Nice-to-have: engineer or technical PM background, zero-to-one, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, and SEA market experience.
