Key Responsibilities

  • •Recognize Foundation Room members, executives, and VIPs to drive appreciation for membership and patronage.
  • •Provide impeccable bottle service and upscale dining service, with expert wine and bottle service skills.
  • •Up-sell beverages and food suggestions, take orders, answer questions, and communicate drink orders to the bar via POS.
  • •Process cash and card (or travelers check) transactions and ensure comp and void checks follow policy.
