Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with audience operations for 30 Rockefeller Plaza and support Sunday Night Live ticketing for lottery winners, VIPs, NBC clients, and standby guests.
  • •Manage standby processes for multiple shows and help track processes for audience/general public data reporting.
  • •Assist with onboarding, training, and mentorship for East Coast Pages.
  • •Support special tapings/events in studios and the Peacock Lounge, and collaborate with Guest Experience functions including The Shop and Retail Operations.
  • •Act as Leader on Duty/administrative support for NBC Studio Tour when required and provide on-site operational leadership for Shop events.

Salary: USD 24 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
  • •High school diploma/GED required.
  • •Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage when necessary in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Willing to work varying hours including nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays; must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States and be 18+.
