Customer Experience Banker (St Louis Park, MN - Knollwood)

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll resolve customer issues, accurately process transactions, balance daily, and educate customers on consumer deposit products. Using a disciplined sales approach (follow-ups, outbound calling, and referrals), you’ll identify goals and recommend appropriate banking products. You’ll also guide customers to other bank areas while following all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
