Job Summary

Act as an embedded talent acquisition partner for senior executives across EMEA, owning end-to-end talent strategy for Business Development, Affiliates, VIP Relationship Management, Legal, and Finance. You’ll deliver EMEA market mapping and compensation benchmarking, manage recruiting analytics and requisition data hygiene, and lead end-to-end headhunting for complex mid-to-senior roles. Partner with stakeholders to translate hiring data into clear, narrative-driven updates and drive a high-touch candidate experience aligned to OKX values.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an authoritative talent advisor to senior leadership, aligning hiring strategy with commercial growth goals across BD, Affiliates, VIP Relationship Management, Legal, and Finance.
•Deliver EMEA market mapping, competitor talent insights, and compensation benchmarking to inform executive decision-making.
•Own data hygiene across requisitions by tracking pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing velocity.
•Translate raw hiring data into clear, narrative-driven updates for senior stakeholders.
•Lead end-to-end headhunting for complex mid-to-senior requisitions and deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned to OKX’s brand and values.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record recruiting within crypto, Web3, fintech, or centralized exchanges (CEX), in-house or at a top-tier agency.
•Deep experience headhunting and closing talent across the EMEA region, including navigating varied regulatory environments.
•Experience placing mid-to-senior roles across Business Development, Affiliate Growth, VIP/Institutional Relationship Management, Legal, and Finance.
•Fluency with pipeline metrics and recruitment data, with the ability to turn dashboards into decisions.
•Based in Dubai, UAE, or ready to relocate independently.
