Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full program lifecycle activities (planning → execution → closure) for end-to-end SVS delivery.
  • •Define and drive governance, executive dashboards, and risk & issue tracking across initiatives.
  • •Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes, maintaining accurate data in all sources.
  • •Plan resources, track budgets and forecasts, and manage financial guardrails, variances, and benefit projection.
  • •Provide oversight for change governance and facilitate change control around investment planning, scope, and OKRs.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project governance experience, including governance and day-to-day project services and reporting.
  • •Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination) to drive end-to-end program delivery for business transformation.
  • •Experience managing risk & issue management, executive reporting, and project planning.
  • •Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and collaborate across business & IT.
  • •Expertise with Jira and Confluence (Clarity preferred) and familiarity with HSBC change governance/tooling.
