•Configure, build, and test new ruggedized server configurations in a hands-on lab to meet telecom and far-edge requirements.
•Develop and execute system-level test and validation plans for new server products.
•Deploy and validate firmware, BIOS, BMC, and OS stacks across new hardware configurations.
•Translate ambiguous customer issues into actionable validation plans, diagnose root causes, and provide solution recommendations.
•Represent telco/service-provider requirements in technical discussions and collaborate with product management, technical marketing, and account teams to resolve deployment challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 209,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
•Hands-on experience validating server hardware, including firmware/BIOS/BMC bring-up, OS deployment, and multi-layer system diagnostics.
•Computer architecture experience (e.g., x86, ARM) and electrical engineering/hardware development (e.g., motherboard, PCIe, DDR).
•Hardware and firmware diagnostics/troubleshooting and server hardware configuration (e.g., rack servers, blade servers).
•Developing and executing test strategies and system-level validation/test across hardware, firmware, BIOS, and OS.
