Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily onsite HR operations across all shifts and departments, ensuring consistent HR service delivery.
  • •Provide employee relations support including investigating concerns, conducting fact-finding, coaching supervisors, and drafting disciplinary documentation.
  • •Manage full lifecycle onboarding, including monitoring pre-employment requirements and ensuring proper entry into HR systems and personnel files.
  • •Coordinate required training with the corporate training team, track completion, maintain audit-ready logs, and address training gaps.
  • •Oversee timekeeping accuracy by reviewing timesheets and attendance records, validating overtime entries, and coordinating corrections.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Minimum 6–8 years HR experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Experience in employee relations and HR operations in regulated or high-compliance environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • •Ability to lead onsite HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume, 24/7 environment.
