Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management support to the Executive Director and Front Office area’s daily operations.
  • •Manage governance processes, requirements, and coordination with senior leaders in the Office of Cyber Security.
  • •Develop briefing schedules and ensure briefing materials are submitted within agreed timelines.
  • •Record and maintain decisions, recommendations, and action items in the official Memorandum for the Record (MFR), and track actions to completion.
  • •Coordinate meeting logistics, draft correspondence/briefing notes/decision memoranda/talking points, and maintain official records with role-based access.
