Job Summary

Support the delivery of major building projects in Dubai by managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction supervision. You will administer contracts, control costs, and handle valuations, payment applications, variations, claims, and extensions of time. Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and commercial assessments, monitor budgets and cost risks, and review bills of quantities and contract documents throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer the commercial and contractual aspects of construction supervision projects.
•Review contractor payment applications and certifiable quantities, and conduct measurement and valuation of completed works.
•Evaluate variation orders, claims, and extension of time submissions.
•Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and commercial assessments while monitoring project budgets and cost risks.
•Review Bills of Quantities and contract documents; support procurement evaluations, and participate in progress and commercial meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.
•12–15 years of relevant experience.
•Experience on building construction supervision or consultancy projects.
•Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.
•Experience with interim valuations, claims, variations, and final accounts.
