Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the commercial and contractual aspects of construction supervision projects.
  • •Review contractor payment applications and certifiable quantities, and conduct measurement and valuation of completed works.
  • •Evaluate variation orders, claims, and extension of time submissions.
  • •Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and commercial assessments while monitoring project budgets and cost risks.
  • •Review Bills of Quantities and contract documents; support procurement evaluations, and participate in progress and commercial meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • •12–15 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience on building construction supervision or consultancy projects.
  • •Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.
  • •Experience with interim valuations, claims, variations, and final accounts.
