Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to turn business challenges into production-ready components from day one, spanning prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations, and full-stack deployment. Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and create performance dashboards that validate deployment health and business outcomes.

•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, shipping solutions in production.
•Design agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform and LLM techniques.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production delivery.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; validate outputs.
•Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Salary: EUR 70,425 - 94,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience (6–10 years for Senior levels), including at least one production system.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
