Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of digital video productions across multiple Condé Nast brands. Manage direct-report Production Managers and coordinate cross-functional partners to meet tight publishing deadlines while enforcing operational accountability and fiscal discipline. Supervise production finances, logistics, talent and vendor workflows, and legal agreement compliance. Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational risks, while maintaining clear communication with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, supervise, and develop direct-report Production Managers to drive operational excellence and ensure deliverables meet departmental and corporate standards.
•Serve as the central cross-functional point of contact to deliver high-quality digital video content under tight publishing deadlines while balancing creative goals with operational policies and fiscal parameters.
•Oversee end-to-end production finances and approvals, including budgeting (sales BIB estimates), expense tracking, cost reporting, payroll, invoices, and T&E.
•Supervise end-to-end production logistics: sourcing, booking, and onboarding talent/crew/equipment; manage payroll processing, corporate cards, vendor invoices, and wrap deliverables.
•Direct the legal agreement workflow and troubleshoot production issues (e.g., insurance risk assessments, permitting, rights/compliance/release issues) in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years of Production Management experience across multiple programming types (e.g., studio-based, location, documentary, editorial, commercial/branded, live stream, third-party productions).
•Minimum 3 years of direct people management and supervisory experience in a corporate environment.
•Proven ability to lead a team and implement workflow/process while maintaining strong production logistics knowledge and industry-standard practices.
•In-depth hands-on experience with physical production logistics, including budgeting, expense tracking, crewing, scheduling, releases, purchase orders, equipment procurement, and international travel coordination (visas/carnets).
•Practical understanding of contract obligations and compliance, including negotiations with crews/vendors, permitting, and coordinating insurance risk, safety, and labor laws.
