Lead enterprise FP&A across a rapidly scaling global organization, owning financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support. Build advanced driver-based and predictive financial models, including three-statement planning and scenario/sensitivity analyses, to inform capital allocation and strategic growth. Partner with executives and business leaders to translate complex outputs into executive narratives, support acquisition integration and synergy tracking, and help build a best-in-class FP&A function with scalable systems and team leadership.
