Key Responsibilities

•Manage a technology portfolio aligned to the debit card domain, including debit processing platforms, card management systems, vendor tools, and data integration services.
•Lead debit card technology initiatives end-to-end from requirements through development, testing, and implementation to meet milestones and measures of success.
•Oversee 24/7 production support, including vulnerability remediation and risk management, to maintain availability and regulatory compliance.
•Manage vendor relationships and performance against contractual SLAs for payment processors, card networks, and third-party service providers.
•Steward the debit card technology budget, including cost tracking, resource allocation, and support for annual planning and business cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience in the payments industry, including card processing, card networks, and/or transaction authorization platforms.
•Experience managing vendor relationships with payment processors or fintech providers.
•Experience dealing with, managing, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
