Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the programme controls function, monitoring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • •Establish and maintain effective control processes in compliance with GRIP at Territory/Project level.
  • •Review new project proposals/remits to ensure realistic, resource-planned delivery of the programme.
  • •Identify resourcing requirements for the programme and liaise with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
  • •Provide an efficient day-to-day reporting service to programme and project managers and ensure data input meets required standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager in infrastructure sectors such as rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, or highways.
  • •Experience performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • •Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • •Proficiency with PC operating systems and several basic software applications.
  • •Working knowledge of multiple discipline-specific tools such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office, plus understanding of engineering and construction management.
