Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week delivering NDBI-based services across home, school, and community settings.
  • •Coach parents and caregivers as genuine collaborators.
  • •Design and lead parent training and support groups at the Hub.
  • •Represent the practice in the community by building relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and referral partners.
  • •Gather parent feedback to continuously improve the coaching approach.

Key Requirements

  • •BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • •Michigan state licensure.
