Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop optimised range, pricing, and promotional strategies using data-led decisions and insights from shop and competitor observations.
  • •Create and nurture supplier relationships and manage cost of goods compositions while maintaining quality and ethical standards.
  • •Lead and inspire a category Pod of up to seven Partners to deliver end-to-end category plans.
  • •Ensure compliance with GSCOP, Competition Law, and environmental and sustainability policies (food waste, animal welfare, packaging reduction).
  • •Translate the overall business vision into category-level commercial plans as the authoritative expert for your categories.
