Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cross-functional initiative execution by translating strategic intent into shared goals across teams and tracking execution to prevent misalignment.
  • •Act as connective tissue across the CCO org and key partners, spotting misalignment early and helping leaders converge on direction.
  • •Own Clinical org operating cadences by designing and facilitating leadership meetings, planning cycles, and forums for decisions and accountability.
  • •Surface trade-offs explicitly with options, costs, and recommendations so prioritization calls are visible.
  • •Write leadership decision memos and first-pass CCO-wide communications, and design/implement processes to improve org-wide efficiency.

Key Requirements
