  • •Drive value selling and realization, uncovering customer issues and owning outcomes from discovery through realized ROI.
  • •Lead stakeholder and executive engagement, co-own change management, and design CoE roadmaps for self-sufficiency.
  • •Manage global transformations across complex workstreams, including AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management.
  • •Use platform and AI fluency to champion Celonis adoption while partnering with Applied Value Engineers on solution builds.
  • •Develop scale and innovation roadmaps to expand Celonis adoption and feed evolving customer use cases back to R&D.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
  • •Enterprise IT/business software background (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle) with strong AI fluency using AI copilots for automations and outputs.
  • •Experience orchestrating multi-region or business-unit transformation programs and mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship.
  • •Proven expertise executing process improvements and delivering measurable process value realization/ROI.
  • •Deep Finance/Supply Chain domain understanding with pharmaceutical industry trend awareness, plus flawless English communication.
