Senior Associate General Counsel - Strategic Initiatives Regulatory Counsel

Serve as an experienced attorney on U.S. Bank’s Operations, Technology and Regulatory team, advising on core federal prudential banking regulation and enterprise strategy. Counsel business and Law Division stakeholders on corporate governance, affiliate transactions, investments, and new products—including emerging digital asset and stablecoin-related money movement solutions. Manage regulatory change impact, support approvals and filings, engage regulators, and draft analyses, memoranda, and advocacy materials.
