Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal counsel on core federal banking laws and regulations, including prudential requirements, corporate governance, affiliate transactions, investments, and permissible activities.
  • •Assist with regulatory approvals, applications, notices, and filings for new activities, products and services, and strategic corporate transactions.
  • •Draft legal memoranda, regulatory analyses, enterprise policies, procedures, and governance documents.
  • •Advise stakeholders on the impact of evolving regulatory requirements and support regulatory change management for enterprise initiatives.
  • •Engage regulators and industry groups, monitor legislative and supervisory developments, and draft comment letters and advocacy materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Active bar membership in good standing.
