Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and support Node.js applications running on AWS Lambda.
  • •Build IVR and self-service workflows using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
  • •Implement integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise systems (APIs, CRM, databases).
  • •Create reusable Lambda services for authentication, routing, customer identification, case management, and self-service transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of Node.js development experience.
  • •2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience, including AWS Lambda.
  • •Experience developing and deploying AWS Lambda functions and integrating with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex.
  • •Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, microservices architecture, and AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
