Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end solution design for a specific initiative, program, or client, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and Salesforce best practices.
  • •Bridge business requirements and technical implementation, guiding delivery teams to correct implementation of the architecture.
  • •Define architecture, data model, integrations, and design principles to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • •Guide teams on best practices in configuration, development, testing, and deployment, and ensure compliance with governance and DevOps processes.
  • •Engage directly with client stakeholders (business and IT) to align on solution intent and deliverables.
