Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration architecture and technical discovery across Remote APIs and partner APIs, including data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, and compliance considerations.
  • •Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional delivery by translating customer and partner requirements into technical specs, managing dependencies, and unblocking execution.
  • •Ensure quality and reliability across data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability for real customer workflows.
  • •Establish and track KPIs for integration performance, customer outcomes, and business impact; codify repeatable patterns and provide product feedback from integration learnings.
