Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond immediately to customer and staff reports of non-functioning equipment.
  • •Maintain a problem logbook and prioritize repairs to keep rooms and equipment operating.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and understand the Room Preventative Maintenance Program (R.P.M.).
  • •Handle repairs for plumbing, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and room heating/ventilation/air conditioning systems.
  • •Maintain room, lobby, and restaurant appearance and equipment condition, and provide guest satisfaction through timely, empathetic resolution of issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 to 3 years of general facility maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
  • •Commitment to exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
  • •Working knowledge of computer and math; experience with pool maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work is a benefit.
