•Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times minimal while performing daily financial transaction processing.
•Open and process checking, savings, and other deposit products, including IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
•Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend products and services; cross-sell and make referrals to partners.
•Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, including participation in special deposit/loan campaigns to support sales and referral goals.
•Research and resolve client inquiries on account status, deliver excellent client experiences, and assist associates and management with daily operations and training.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as a Teller (preferred).

•Conduct consultative conversations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
•Comply with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
