Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement market access strategies for IGT-D portfolios, including IVUS, ELCA, OmniWire, and PV products, and monitor healthcare policy and reimbursement changes.
  • •Lead reimbursement and charging code initiatives across targeted provinces and hospitals to improve patient affordability and accelerate adoption.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with NHSA and relevant provincial healthcare bodies, hospital management, professional societies, and key opinion leaders; support compliant policy advocacy.
  • •Partner with Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs to develop value propositions and support health economic evidence, budget-impact analyses, and value dossiers.
  • •Lead market access projects end-to-end, define KPIs/dashboards, communicate progress and outcomes, and support new product launches and strategic business planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
  • •5-8+ years of experience in Market Access, Reimbursement, Government Affairs, Health Economics, or Healthcare Policy.
  • •Medical Devices market access experience required and proven experience managing provincial or national reimbursement initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of China's healthcare system, NHSA policies, DRG/DIP reforms, and reimbursement pathways.
  • •Fluent in Mandarin and English.
