  • •Drive performance and strategically grow the local transportation market share as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • •Manage local client coordination and cross-selling with Region, District, National Business Lines, and Pursuit Management.
  • •Serve as the local “face of the company,” building relationships through engagement at civic and industry events.
  • •Lead people and culture efforts, including attracting talent, training and development, and promoting safety and ethics/compliance programs.
  • •Develop local growth and forecast strategy, resolve internal/external issues, oversee overhead expenditures, and track KPIs.

Key Requirements
