Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress.
  • •Review completed work, documentation, change orders, and subcontracts/bonds/subcontractor default insurance.
  • •Review developer cost reports, contingency adequacy, and construction/disbursement schedules; recommend release of construction funds.
  • •Review contract drawings/specifications and submitted documents for completeness and compliance with architectural/engineering best practices, codes, and ADA requirements.
  • •Prepare project status and construction risk assessment reports and perform financial/business analysis, including budget forecasting and complex calculations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of full-time paid professional experience in construction and/or a combination of project and construction management for commercial and/or public/educational facilities.
  • •At least 5 of the 10 years coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar experience.
  • •In-depth construction administration knowledge and licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired.
