Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of relevant technical experience, or 2 years as a Development Engineering Technician I at First Solar.
  • •Associate’s degree in an engineering discipline (or similar technical discipline) with 3 years of relevant technical experience, or 2 years as a Development Engineering Technician I at First Solar.
  • •General electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge.
  • •Ability to perform sample testing, semiconductor device fabrication, and/or electrical or optical measurements.
  • •Knowledge of at least one programming language, with prior work or school projects demonstrating competency (valuable for the role).
