Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate and remediate inherent risk ratings and Criticality designations for third-party relationships with minimal oversight.
  • •Review third-party documentation and information for gaps in line with TPRM assessment methodology, and lead remediation communication for high-risk/critical relationships.
  • •Independently lead portfolio-level trend analysis and produce leadership- and audit-facing reporting with risk-based recommendations.
  • •Oversee onboarding and periodic review processes, including tracking SME reviews and escalating higher-risk findings or gaps.
  • •Mentor the Associate TPRM Risk Analyst and support the TPRM Manager in audit and customer discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
  • •Proven experience conducting substantive risk assessments using formula-based or quantitative risk methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Business, Information Systems).
  • •Hold (or be in process of Level V) at least one required certification: CRISC, CISM, CTPRP, or CRVPM.
  • •Proficiency with a TPRM platform and knowledge of control frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to third-party risk.
