Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop full-stack modules for real-time machine status, downtime ticketing, PM scheduling, OEE dashboards, and reporting.
  • •Integrate manufacturing data sources using SECS/GEM and factory automation databases, and build real-time data pipelines with Kafka for event ingestion and sub-second UI refresh.
  • •Develop and maintain REST APIs consumed by mobile applications, smart devices, dashboard clients, and AI/command center integration touchpoints.
  • •Implement alarm-state logic and Kafka signal state-machine mapping (RUN / IDLE / ALARM / OFFLINE) used for shared machine state reasoning across systems.
  • •Collaborate on CI/CD and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), monitor production performance, triage incidents, and improve stability, latency, and data accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Strong full-stack web development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and Python or Node.js backend services.
  • •Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and real-time data handling.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs.
  • •Experience with containerization (Docker) and Linux environments.
