Asst. Manager, Fresh Food

Support procurement, purchasing, and sourcing by assisting the Procurement Manager with developing strategies, policies, and supplier relationships. You’ll gather and analyze requirements, run market research, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and coordinate delivery and quality. The role also includes raising purchase requisitions and issuing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, contributing to sourcing/category management, and improving workflows through data analysis and best practices.
