Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide the project team in defining and adjusting the quality reference and validate resulting plans.
  • •Adjust and prioritize QA actions based on project/product risks and the project team’s maturity.
  • •Verify that operational processes are applied correctly and are effective for the project/product.
  • •Ensure customer requirements are broken down, considered, and managed at all levels of the project and related activities.
  • •Provide objective quality visibility to project and business management and the Quality function, using Quality Advice, including escalation/“droit de véto” when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 education with experience in quality and/or project management and/or tracking technical teams, including test benches or production.
  • •Good understanding of company processes, organizations, and strategies, with proven experience in improvement methods.
  • •Mastery of continuous improvement methods such as 5S, DMAIC, PDCA, DOJO, and OBEYA.
  • •Experience with problem-solving approaches such as 8D and 5M.
  • •Recognized ability to lead and unify teams, communicate effectively, and work with rigor and strong organization; proactive and adaptable mindset.
