Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes, including root-causing inventory accuracy issues
  • •Champion visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data and coordinate labor hours for receiving product deliveries
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls, review and monitor budget/reporting data, and contribute to quarterly planning workflows
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, development of talent, and KPI/result-driven communication
  • •Oversee Flow experience deliverables while protecting operational efficiency and ensuring the store is safe, clean, inviting, and operating efficiently
