•Handle objections about costs, risks, and legal implications to convert leads into enrolled clients.
•Confirm enrollment details, payment plans, banking information, and ensure documentation accuracy.
•Follow up with leads and clients via outbound calls/SMS/email and inbound inquiries; track KPIs and maintain compliance.
