Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software quality engineering experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role and 2+ years driving strategy in an AI-accelerated development environment.
  • •Track record building or transforming a quality function at scale, including org and role design.
  • •Experience evaluating AI-generated tests for correctness of intent and coverage fidelity.
  • •Experience demonstrating impact with mutation testing, risk-based testing, and production observability as a continuous quality gate.
  • •Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
