•Rethink QA team methodologies, training, and evaluation/coverage metrics for an era where AI generates the majority of code.
•Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, including hiring targets and career ladders.
•Represent quality to executive leadership and regulators with meaningful metrics and auditable evidence as the organizational quality gate.
•Own an AI-driven technical quality architecture, including PHI-constrained test data strategy and CI/CD-integrated gate design.
•Partner with platform and MLE to integrate AI/LLM evaluation methodology into the delivery pipeline, defining release standards, exit criteria, and defect triage/escalation protocols.

Key Requirements

•Track record building or transforming a quality function at scale, including org and role design.
•Experience evaluating AI-generated tests for correctness of intent and coverage fidelity.
•Experience demonstrating impact with mutation testing, risk-based testing, and production observability as a continuous quality gate.
•Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
