Pack and inspect PET containers on designated production lines, ensuring defect-free products by following quality packing procedures. Assemble cartons, label boxes, and record spoilage and quality metrics, while maintaining accurate weights, time/date, and defect documentation. Operate equipment such as palletizers and pallet/robot systems, resolve jams, keep the work area clean, and adhere to GMP and SQF safety/quality requirements. Train new employees and coordinate with shift teams to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Pack at designated lines and maintain production-based speed while assembling cartons and packing cartons efficiently.
•Practice quality packing procedures, sort product, and discard scrap to proper bins.
•Label packed boxes with product information and pack special arrangements or selections as needed.
•Operate palletizer and automated robotic pack equipment; clear product jams and potentially reset robotic arms.
•Maintain a clean, organized work area and support inventories of materials for workers as needed.
