Job Summary

Lead a multi-disciplinary portfolio of programmes across the SP Manweb licence area, providing strategic leadership on governance, compliance and assurance, quality and environmental performance, and strategic contract and maintenance delivery. Oversee programme risk management, resource optimisation and financial control while developing teams and embedding assurance frameworks. Drive asset stewardship, network reliability and regulatory performance, and champion sustainability, quality and safety culture as the business prepares for ED3 commitments.

•Drive compliance and asset stewardship programmes to improve network reliability, resilience, safety, and regulatory performance.
•Lead development, procurement, and governance of strategic contracts and supplier partnerships delivering long-term value.
•Identify opportunities to leverage digitalisation, automation, and data-driven insights to improve performance and decision making.
